As we celebrate the remarkable journey of the University of the Fraser Valley over the past 50 years, we invite you to be a part of a pilot launch event of the Community Ideation Jam. The community ideation jam will be a 24-hour long jam. More information to be released on the day of the event for accepted participants to create anticipation and excitement!

Students will form teams of two, three, or a maximum of four members to ideate an innovative solution based on the prompt to be revealed on the day of! Teams can be made up of students from different or same programs. Teams are to bring their own laptops, resources, and expertise. As this is a 24-hour long jam, teams are not obligated to stay overnight on campus and welcome to work elsewhere on-/off-campus collectively in-person or virtually.

1st: free tuition (3-credit course domestic rate)
2nd: $200 gift card
3rd: $100 gift cards

Note: Open to all current UFV students from all academic programs.

Food: morning light refreshments and lunch on both days, and dinner on first day only
