CSA Executive Elections 2026–2027

The Computing Student Association (CSA) is now accepting nominations for executive positions for the upcoming term. If you are interested in helping organize events, improve the Student Computing Centre, and represent computing students at UFV, consider running for one of the following positions.

Open Positions:

Vice President
Supports the President in leading the CSA and assumes presidential duties in their absence. Helps coordinate meetings, events, and initiatives while ensuring CSA activities follow SUS and UFV policies.

Treasurer
Manages the financial affairs of the CSA, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, overseeing budgets and expenses, and ensuring all financial transactions follow CSA and SUS policies.

Operations Coordinator
Oversees the operational needs of the Student Computing Centre (SCC) and helps ensure the space remains organized and functional for students. Also coordinates the on-ground logistics of CSA events such as workshops, gaming nights, and competitions.

Election Timeline:

Nomination Period: 16th March – 22nd March 2026
Campaigning Period: 23rd March – 5th April 2026
Voting Period: 6th April – 8th April 2026

Results Announcement:
9th April 2026 (during Gaming Night)
