Hi everyone,
It's that exciting time of year again and we're getting ready to vote in the 2025/26 executive team! If you've been interested in getting more involved in the CSA, now is your chance to nominate yourself for any two of the following positions.
**President**: As the leader of the executive team, you play a key role in planning and organizing events. You'll work closely with the School of Computing, and often be the first to hear about opportunities or important updates. The role takes dedication, leadership, and it's important to always have the club's best interests at hand.
**Vice President**: You're the president's right hand. You'll help with planning events and coordinating the exec team. You may have to step in for the president at meetings or events, so it's good to be ready to take the lead when needed.
**Secretary**: As the secretary, you'll be in charge of forms and meeting minutes. You'll be required to write down important points discussed in meetings and also create Google forms or fill out event forms for new events as needed.
**Finance Officer** (Treasurer) : You'll be in charge of handling the club's finances. When planning events, you'll handle the funding request forms, which are to be filled out before and after each event, to ensure we are reimbursed accordingly. You'll get access to the club's bank account and see use the funds where you see fit.
**Communications Manager**: You are responsible for all of our social media accounts. You'll design posters for events and share pictures/videos of events. You're a key part of our marketing efforts, and you'll also work with other clubs to promote their events on our page and help spread the word about our events to their pages.
